The experience with this agent is disappointing so far, and we will be putting in a formal complaint with the council and this company for our experience as they are in breach of the Landlord and Tenant Act (1985). No central heating since moving in. No details given when it will be fixed, and was told that we might need to cover the costs- we said no as this is not our responsibilities.
