I understand your comment regarding the additional tenant fee however to add an additional tenant during the tenancy requires a similar amount of referencing and administration as at the beginning of the tenancy therefore this does result in a cost close to our initial one tenant agency fee. It does work out better for both tenants to be on the tenancy from the beginning so I'm sure yourself and Laura ...

I consider the management fees of ¢â‚¬ËœWe Let Properties¢â‚¬â„¢ as an integral part of the investment we have made. Without them we would not have found , turned around and let so quickly and efficiently two optimal properties. We have every confidence that our interests and our tenants interests will be in good hands. I suspect ¢â‚¬ËœWe Let¢â‚¬â„¢ have potentially already saved us a fortune in ill-informed decisions. But the by far the most valuable service we received was free , before we became clients, 'We Let ...' offered unlimited , time , advice and resources to help us make safe decisions. They are unique and committed to a professional fair service as far as I can see.
