For us the agents fees were a lot because we had just returned from overseas and needed two guarantors on top of our own tenancy fees. However we let properties were very helpful with fees and their fees were similar too if not less than other agents I viewed properties with.

Fair fees, flat...no matter how many bedrooms or square meter or property rental. They treat it so fairly, one property takes the same time to manage whether it be a studio or 6 bedroom. Very impressed with this.
