Agents fees are always a pain because most of the time you just see them print out sheets and nothing else :) but with signature all my bills were transferred and all my issues and queries were sorted straight away.

At first I was a bit reluctant going with an estate agent that charged a fee if you took your property off the market. However I need not of worried. The work they have done to promote my property and subsequently sell it, is second to none.

The agency fees were half the cost of a month's rent, which may be pricey for somebody moving in alone, but in my opinion the service and assistance they offered means I don't regret the spend at all.

I was informed by family that they normally get fees as commission from the mortgage lender and so wasnt expecting to pay them to the financial advisor but im more than happy with all the work done and so the fees are a fair price. Especially if it is incorrect about gaining commission
