Dear DS, Apologies for experience but as per the contract your would have signed, we do need written notice to vacate your property. Notice over the phone would not be valid. We have been established for many years and have many happy clients and tenants. We will take measures so this type of annoyance does not occur again. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
1. Once they understood that we had issues dealing with them, we should've been refunded. 2. Stop charging double admin charges and fleecing customers. There is only one contract per property so why should there be 2 admin charges.

Apologies if you feel you were not treated fairly. We always are very clear when take deposits. We only have one deposit charge£350+vat which is for two people and includes referencing, contracts, check in & check out charge. This is clearly stated on our website http://www.waterfronts.co.uk/Content/Terms-And-Conditions.html The only reason we would not return a deposit is if an offer had been places, terms had been agreed with the landlord and then you wanted to change the terms.
