What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have taken on board what we as the customer actually wanted and when questioned not to resort to shouting at me the customer but actually try to rectify things. The branch manager if he tells me he is walking a hundred yards down the street to another agents to try and rescue a property that we are losing down to his staffs actions could actually do that.
