We are first time buyer and have viewed a few properties through ward and partners. From what you are saying I can totally understand due to the way we are being treated presently by a branch in Kent near us. In comparison to other agents who are very helpful and always calling to check in, from what I have experienced of ward and partners so far is a shambles with no customer service towards us. Despite what the agent has said, we were in an almost identical situation to the orginal poster and were treated horribly by Ward. In the end, they wouldn't let us increase our offer when the other offer they had was only 3,000 more than ours. Later found out the other buyer was selling their house through Ward and using their legal services. They obviously weren't getting enough out of us and the whole experience was awful. The communication was nonexistent. This was at the Gravesend branch. ...

Respond to viewing requests Respond to written complaint Respond to my preferences and not with what suits the agent to show me Don't waste my time on properties nowhere near my criteria Don't send duplicate marketing texts and emails that I asked not to be sent Don't send out of date details of houses no longer available Don't promise you will call back and not bother Adopt a more professional and customer service focused attitude
