Dear Musa We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the service you have received. Contractors have visited on numerous occasions to investigate the problems reported and have advised that the build up of mould is indicative of excess condensation. This arises due to a lack of adequate heating and ventilation throughout the property, causing any excess moisture to condense on external walls. Dear Audrey, At Walton Robinson we have a dedicated maintenance team who are contactable directly via our telephone system, and in the rare occasion someone will be unable to answer your call we have a voicemail which is checked on a regular basis. We are sorry to hear you feel the service received throughout your second year with us was not to a satisfactory level. During the tenancy, we instructed contractors on behalf of your landlord who visited to investigate the cause of the mould in the attic bedroom.
