SEE ABOVE FOR THE TERRIBLE YEAR I HAVE HAD LIVING UNDER A WALTON ROBINSON ROOF. NEVER AGAIN. AND NOR SHALL ANYONE WE KNOW BE USING THIS ESTATE AGENTS. IVE ONLY HEARD BAD THINGS ABOUT THEM. In line with your contract it is your responsibility as tenants to take reasonable precautions and treat any vermin infestations as appropriate. There was an issue with waste being stored in the utility room which was believed to have contributed to the issue here. The nature of the property means that there are voids running beneath the row of houses and this means that even if holes were to be filled this would not necessarily resolve the problems you were experiencing.
