A joke from the start. We should have realized when signing the contracts.
We had to travel to Bingley to sign the tenancy contracts (despite this being 8 miles away from the property) we signed the contracts and headed of home awaiting our move in date. ...

Comment on agent fees
BAD, if you want to extend your tenancy by 6 months, there is a £60 admin charge, upon check out there will be a £30.00 check out fee. And monthly rent will not be refunded for any issues.Attachments
