Comment on agent fees
Fees were about avaerage. They added additional charges which I disputed such as cleaning. Kicked up a big fuss.

Hi Mark. Thanks for your review. No entirely sure which apartment you were at so difficult to comment. We have been totally upfront with all our fees since inception in 2007 some 13 years ago and 99.99% of our clients have no issues., I am sorry to hear of your alleged issues but without more details and substantive evidence which both sides need to provide its almost impossible to comment further.
