The guy who currently runs the business, Brian Gaw, has been made bankrupt by a creditor that he and his cousin Jeff McFerran took money from and didnt pay back. Yes, the same Jeff Mcferran who took your money. He handed over his business to his cousin Brian Gaw who operates behind the scenes since he has been made bankrupt, but he is still running the business make no mistake about that. This company are a family of frauds who are mired in financial impropriety. ...

Avoid this business at all costs. They managed my rental for years, at the end of which they told me that they had lost my security deposit and wouldn't be paying me the money back. They are shifty, do not reply to messages or return calls, and once they have you signed up and have your money they will blatantly lie and pretend you don't exist. Avoid like the plague. ...
