I inherited an ancient Estate Craft system after buying the business in 2005. We barely used any of the functionality of the system so when we invested in VebraLive three years ago it felt like a reinvention of the wheel! VebraLive efficiently handles our diary, property details (from which we can produce particulars, window cards etc), database for applicants with matching service, advert design and statistics management. Like any system you come across areas that could be improved as you work with it. Vebra bring out updates fairly regularly but these don't necessarily resolve day to day blips. The telephone help department are pretty good (during very basic office hours) but you do have to hold for some time to be connected. The live version, available online, is very useful when working from home or out and about with clients. Overall VebraLive does the job BUT I am still going to look around for a potentially better system.
