I'd previously used Thesaurus in another business and had been delighted with the product, so when the time came to open my own online estate agency there was never any doubt as to which provider I would choose.

Clocking in at around a third of the price of many of major estate agency software companies - Thesaurus packs an amazing range of features for its monthly subscription cost.

What has surprised me more than the quality of the software is the level of support that accompanies the service. My dealings have been mainly with Paul who has turned around all of my queries in a matter of hours - often minutes. No query is too large or small and if he cannot talk me through the answer, he will remote desktop into my machine to fix the problem for me.

Upon taking out my subscription, I was provided with an hour long training course free of charge which walked me through the important features I might need to use from day-to-day. For example, how to add vendors, properties, customers and how to add appointments to the diary or send an email shot.

Paul kindly used my branding to create a specialised template for brochures and email shots - which has saved me hours of time.

I'm always finding new and useful features and once you get used to the system, it's incredibly easy to use.

I'd recommend Thesaurus to anyone. They're a Yorkshire company too - which means they're bound to be brilliant!:)
