I\'ve had to open a complaint with the ICO has TenantVERIFY lost users data and have been attempting a cover up. Look at the notice on their login page:
\"IMPORTANT: To protect your data this website was updated on 4th November 2020. All previous users will need to create a new account as your previous login will no longer work. Please call 0207 859 4841 should you require any assistance\"

Be careful with these people, the telephone numbers do not work or not get answered. You are not able to speak to anyone. they do not reply to email. It is something very ODD WITH THEM. very bad service all together!!
