I\'ve had to open a complaint with the ICO has TenantVERIFY lost users data and have been attempting a cover up. Look at the notice on their login page:
\"IMPORTANT: To protect your data this website was updated on 4th November 2020. All previous users will need to create a new account as your previous login will no longer work. Please call 0207 859 4841 should you require any assistance\"
