Incompetent avoid at all cost. Court hearing adjourned since they did not set out the history of rent arrears albeit this was provided to them. The tenant was not in attendance and confirmed a moving out date but we were not informed of this and asked why the hearing was adjourned ... they did not know. This resulted in a delay in gaining access notwithstanding error after error made. They advertise as experienced in this sector which clearly they are not or they do not train their staff since mistake after mistake made. Read other reviews confirming the same.
Failed to respond to nearly all emails until we tried to recover the fee paid to them and then they responded promptly.
Avoid at all cost .....
