I was new to this whole process being a novice landlord but Regency Law helped make it as simple as possible and listened and worked on all my worries and got me through it.

I am very happy to say that on the 25th June I got my property back!!

I did the whole process from start to end as they were so great from the moment I first inquired.
They issued my tenants the notice ,they prepared the court paperwork and they instructed bailiffs.
At all 3 steps they customer service was fantastic. There was no extra fees it's all fixed costs,so I knew at each stage what I was spending.
They also gave me a clear timeline of how long each stage would take, and constantly chased the courts on behalf to keep check on how much longer we had until the possession order.

I can't recommend them enough!!
