Do Not Use this company!

I wish to write a review of the appalling device I received from this company.

This was to evict a Tennant for not paying anything for 3 years.
I was asked to fill in the arrears & since I made a mistake, I included the previous contract as was linked, I was told it could not be used so I re submitted the arrears.
At court, they sent a representative who brought the first copy! He Immy told me that we will not win because if this (Evict Regency Law\'s mistake). The most we can now hope for is a default payment. The judge did exactly that & my Tennant defaulted after the first payment. Due to them not acting immediately, sending me the form for the baillfs & I paid for this, I then got caught up with the pandemic & nothing could be done.
When the first lockdown ended & the eviction was resumed, they still did not act qy & I got caught up again!
When it was lifted the second time, they were still not doing anything, basically, my family & myself made endless calls & a personal visit to the caught & sent a courier to the Baillfs with the form plus endless calls that finally got this resolved!
I would have been better off representing myself! This Law firm not only did not help me but they prolonged the eviction due to their mistakes.
I would definitely not ever use them again & I would like to warn people of this.
