We are an estate and letting agent and have using ReapIT for several years now. Whilst the product is generally good, the support is woefully poor. By way of example:

Yesterday 67 of our data records have been corrupted due to an \"upgrade\". No call from our Accounts Manager, no apology from Support. Just you\'ll need to go and \"Re-key\" these records. You are entrusting all your Customer data in a cloud provider. This isn\'t the service you would expect.

The same day, coincidentally we request a small template change and Support kindly tell us that will be £80+VAT. We asked to do the charge ourselves as all templates are supposedly able to be edited by the user, the answer was this one is \"special\". When we asked for the case to be escalated, we\'re told there is no escalation procedure. Emailed our Accounts Manager (you can guess) no response.

Having said this ReapIT is overall a good product. But expect poor support and extra charges whenever you need anything changed no matter how small.
