Reapit

I\'ve used four other software packages apart from Reapit and it easily the worst of them. It is difficult to use, non-intuitive, and their database of \'tutorial cards\' invariably leave out some vital step or other aspect of the issue that you cannot know that you are unaware of - because to paraphrase Donald Rumsfeld you don\'t know what you don\'t know. If you do get their tech support to respond they usually send an email with a screen shot of your problem highlighting some tiny box in the corner which should be checked or unchecked - but you don\'t notice it because it is TINY.
If it were not for the fact that a number of other offices in our firm are already committed to it, and therefore obliging me to sign up too, I would definitely be using something else. AVOID.
