Reapit

Reapit is categorically the least intuitive and least user friendly software for estate agency you could have. It starts with the moronic pretext that people are either buyers or sellers, whether residential or lettings. It should start with the registration of the client ALWAYS and followed by what they want to do. A client can be a buyer, a seller, a landlord simultaneously. On reapit this involves, effectively, three different registrations, where you search for the previous one on a different screen. Inability to switch between screens is ridiculous beyond belief. If you are registering a client on the phone and have a walk in to collect a key, for example, you cannot just switch to the screen for that property to find the number. I can honestly think of nothing to recommend it. I have used several systems previously, all better. Nothing is in a logical place. It needs a radical overhaul. Here\'s a tip. Start asking USERS what they think. I am not saying MANAGERS or EMPLOYERS, who may like the management information it provides, but the people at the coalface. I find it a grossly disrespectful system.
