I really hoped to end amicably...
Unfortunately for this company it wasn\'t an option. From a Lettings Agent\/ Property Managers point of view this was a very unprofessional encounter. We were not happy with the photos provided, we expressed this to Ben and a few minutes later was sent a very badly edited photo (attached). We informed them we could not use their photos and will need to use someone else. Shortly after we received a notification that our password had been changed by admin to \"d**kh**ds\"
