Peacock Insurance Services

Me and my mum recently took out a motor trade insurance policy with peacock insurance services,the full policy amount was ?1150 so I paid half up front ?577 and sent all relevant paperwork in I.e driving licence details etc,after just 3 weeks of insurance they cancelled the policy due to my mum's phone number pointing to a different name on facebook (maiden name )not only did they cancel the policy but they refused to refund any of the ?577 I paid in advance as the total cost of there commission and fees that they lost totalled to ?577 strangely enough,most expensive 3 weeks insurance ive ever heard of,the staff are very rude and unhelpful once they've took your money,ive only given them 1 star as it wont let me give me give minus 10.DISGRACEFUL COMPANY NEVER AGAIN.
