My houses has been listed on On The Market - as for sale! My house definitely isn't for sale. When I contacted them regarding this, they refused to acknowledge that this was a problem, or even fraudulent - they also refused to remove the positing and placed the blame with the agent who posted it. Yes the independent gain (1 Stop Realty in Gravesend) shouldn't have posted this, however the responsibility is surely a shared one with One The Market - who are marketing properties as for sale - and facilitating viewings for a house that ISN'T on the market. Their attitude is disgraceful, and one of "we're not removing the posting - tough". Don't use this website, in dealing with them they do not come across with the professionalism and responsibility that other property sites do.
