This company are totally incompetent and should be struck off\/deregulated. They are an absolute joke!

They have cost me £1,000s due to their delays, lack of action and communication. They have failed me on every level.

I could have sold, completed and exchanged on my house several times over in the time it has taken them to deal with things.

They promised quick hassle free conveyancing, it has been neither! Sixteen weeks on and we are nowhere near completing. There are no issues with the property all queries were answered months ago, yet they are still e-mailing my solicitors with exactly the same questions.

They don\'t respond to e-mails and promise the escalate things for a quick completion but nothing appears to happen.

ABSOLUTLEY USELESS!!

Absolutely useless they are!
