I cannot express how utterly shocking this company is!! Our buyer is using them, 7 months in and we are still waiting for an exchange! They LIE, they are incompetent and you will be beyond disappointed with the disgraceful service. We are about to pull away from our buyer due to the utterly disgusting behaviour of MUVE!!l we have been left no choice!!! He regrets the day he ever used them, please don’t make the same mistake.

If you are using them, GET ANOTHER SOLICITOR NOW!!! You will never move!
Constant emails, phonecalls and you just get ignored along with numerous complaints. They quite honestly couldn’t give a sh*t. Receptionist just says they will call you back and they absolutely never do. 6 months in we realised one of the searches weren’t even applied for?!!! Paperwork not sent, the list is endless. Poor poor poor.

MUVE have caused my family immense stress and upset, they should not be in business. The reviews online are FAKE please do not think, oh they will be okay with us, it may be different.. they won’t!

Our estate agents have never heard anything like this before and have now been blacklisted from their company!!!

Save yourself stress and do not go with MUVE as your house sale will not go through.
