Muve

I was told a few weeks back that my purchase was the smoothest Sassindu had dealt with, only 7 weeks from start until ready to exchange, I wanted to exchange in one month and complete the next, the sellers were happy with this but Muve said I couldn\'t do that but could not say why, my sellers solicitor and the estate agent was confused too, and no exchange date was given. We eventually got a proposed exchange date but they then realised they hadn\'t sent out a form that was needed, which had to be checked by my mortgage provider as well, something that could have been sent out right at the beginning, this caused a delay. I was promised verbally to have the cost of this form removed form my bill, but they are ignoring my emails regarding this.
Now my exchange date has been delayed by nearly 2 months but it has been promised for tomorrow.
I have had to chase for updates ever since there have been problems, before that I got one every week. I am very skeptical of all of their 5 star reviews on other sites.
