1. I\'ve had nothing but lies the whole way through.
2. When I called them out on it they suddenly upped their game but sadly fell back into ways.
3. Communication is awful. No one answers their emails, everything is done on the phone so there\'s no audit trail to their lies.
4. I\'ve had to manage the process, googling the stages of sales to ensure they are actually moving forward, contacting members of the chain and estate agents to help manage the timeline and process.
5. When I\'ve made a complaint they initially weren\'t interested, then I left a review online and it picked up, but has dropped again...
Do not use them, pay a little extra and go elsewhere.
