Terrible experience. First time buyer here, we were told the process will take 6 to 8 weeks, now 12 weeks in, they haven\'t finished initial steps of the process yet. Each communication with their legal team takes weeks, so if you need a few round of clearing things up, you\'re in for a tedious ride. Everyone is clearly overworked and don\'t have time to even read the documents we provide. All of this, for a case they said multiple times was very simple and straightforward. Definitely wouldn\'t recommend.
