I had to use this company at some point because they were suggested by the agent when I was buying a property. I had to use them in order to do some checks.
They were offering a free three-month membership to their services with that payment.
I declined any further services, as I found a better offer.
Once the three months had passed they started charging me a monthly subscription. I called and requested for the membership to be interrupted. However, they kept charging me a monthly fee. I had to block the payment from my bank. However, they have managed to take 30 pounds for services I had clearly declined.
They may be legal, but they are deeply unethical.
