Goodlord

Have been trying to rent a room... Yes a room and not even flat through goodlord with a guarantor (owns a ltd company), not set up for people who are self employed at all, sends you down dead ends which means you can\'t provide the right information in which you then fail the reference check. Both agency and goodlord were difficult to deal with. Absolutely terrible and very discriminatory for free lance and self employed, we are already vulnerable enough when it comes to these things and yet it is even harder to get past this, however someone who has PAYE is fine, even if they\'re made redundant the next day... how does that work! If this service is used everywhere, I don\'t think I could ever rent a room\/flat.
