I had a snotty call from a girl at Focus around 2 weeks ago asking why we hadn't signed a direct debit they had sent out and that we were currently ringing for support, again, and that they weren't going to help unless we signed the direct debit.
So obviously I dug out the email and signed the direct debit, because I presumed my colleagues would be needing Rent to actually work.
At the same time I discovered that we had not actually received the annual renewal invoice that we were being asked to set up the dd for. So I went back to Focus and asked for a copy to be sent to me. Still waiting...
In unrelated news, the business owners have asked for me to see how much it would cost to use a rival's software, who coincidentally are flashing across my advertising banner on the page here.
