Since upgrading to the new cloud version of Focus Rent we persistently find that users cannot log in and work!!! We call "Support" on their million pence per hour 0871 number, easily the biggest single phone call bill on every phone bill of the month, for them to fiddle about and get it working and then within a day or two someone else cannot log in. And on. And on.
