Unless you are a large Housing Association, don\'t expect any customer service.
We are 250 home letting agent, too small to be allocated an appointed contact.
The phone numbers go to voicemail, no one calls back, no out of office when on leave, leaves me feeling, they simply don\'t care!
If you are looking to integrate with your CRM, check the functions they claim are already in place, working and tested, their website showed joint functionality with agent OS, six months later we simply got a \"minimal viable product\", with little to no functionality, all in all, we don\'t feel valued, and they don#t seem to care!
