Dezrez

We\'ve been using Dezrez One for about a decade. The software was extremely outdated and frequently crashed. Dezrez promised that their new software would be a cutting-edge, time-saving solution.
They promised a smooth transition from the old to the new system, but it was a nightmare with little assistance. We expected the new Rezi and ReziPM to make our lives easier after the migration, but we were duped. Although the design is modern, the software is still in beta and requires significant development to deliver on its promises. It is constantly crashing. The most basic features don\'t work, or you have to go through 20-30 steps to do something that any professional software would do automatically.
