Total rip off... money for old rope. Do no pay fees upfront as you will not see your money again or a mortgage offer.
I waisted a lot of time with this company. Go to a company that charges you once you have received an actual mortgage offer. Not the promise of one! Complete Joke!!! £399 is not a reasonable fee to charge for administration. I understand I lost £350 because of the survey but £399 aswell is disgusting!!!!Don.t do it!
