Received a very poor quality report from Assist Inventories that stated \"Evidence of pet: no\" in an apartment where the main bedroom absolutely stank of cat urine upon entry, the main bedroom\'s carpet showed visible yellow stains and the sofa showed visible cat clawing damage (see an attached photos). Despite this, the individual who did the report saw no evidence of a pet being in the property. Did they go around with a nose peg and sunglasses on? Total incompetence by Assist Inventories, which resulted in my tenant using the report against me as evidence of him not having a pet. While I have settled the bill with this Assist Inventories, because I don\'t want people to work for free, the quality of the report provided was factually incorrect and it caused me a lot of hassle with the tenant. As a landlord, I would unfortunately not take reliance on the reports this company produces.
