From an IT perspective, the support received from Jupix has been excellent. Right from the off, Abi provided excellent service, helping me to understand the technical requirements that would be needed for Jupix to run on our existing network infrastructure. We were provided with a demo version of the software, enabling me to test out the different features and see what was available. Abi was continuously in touch with me throughout this part of the process, answering any queries and worries that I had, always providing a comprehensive and thorough reply to my emails. Our migration took slightly longer than expected, but this was purely down to the size of our database and the requirement to merge our two previous systems together. Jake from migration kept me fully informed during this process, calling me daily to inform me of progress and once the system went live, helped me to iron out a few small issues. Overall, Abigayle, Jake and Laura ensured that the process went as smoothly as possible, keeping me fully informed throughout the process and never finding any enquiry too much trouble.
