Alto

We were with VebraLive a few years ago but want a realy 'Client Centric' software which they didn't have. We went to a couple of other software companies in the meantime, but decided to have another look at Alto.
It has come on immensely over the last couple of years, but the biggest improvement is with the Client Manager, where they give you a dedicated person to work with you through the whole transition. We had to change dates (our fault) 4 times and there was nothing but support and flexibility.
The process was genuinely made easy and everyone of the team at Alto couldn't have done more to help us. Scott, Zenya, Farhat and Robert were such a pleasure.
First class service, and now loving be back with a vastly improved Alto product.
