The experience has been mainly positive. I do think that when Jordan was on holiday, I was leaving telephone messages. I should have received a call back from another representative of the company. I had to chase calls to speak to someone direct.
However, apart from that I can say that the experience has been very positive from both Jordan and Bill. The training that Bill presented was extremely well delivered.
