PROS:
Adds some colour to your screen and the pdf generated invoices\/receipts that are system created and emailed are very well handled.

CONS:
Zoopla are pushing all jupix users over to alto with the promise of it being better and easier to use. This is the complete opposite with regards to the property management operations which despite this push, I can only describe as being in a BETA phase (I cannot speak for the sales side).
Basic things are missing that were bread and butter of Jupix, like the ability to upload safety certs with the reminder dates, or upload docs with accompanying notes (which also meant on migration all our notes and their related docs are split between the poxy timeline and single media file talked about below), or have a MAINTENANCE SECTION, raised invoices paid early not on the bulk receipt list (because the expert developers deem this as an arrears only section), no notes section; instead some poor to read timeline and a single \'chuck it all in\' media section for uploading ALL docs to (LIKE IMPORTANT GSC, EICR, inventories, emails, letters sent, records etc) WITHOUT ANY MEANS OF FILTERING OR DISPLAYING IN LIST FORMAT... (like you can do on tenancy docs??) so you can\'t even see full names of files or find anything as everything is displayed in a static tile display.

INCREDIBLY HORRIFIC TIME WASTING PROCESSES including ACCOUNTS: which follows no linear way of receipting and paying everyone like Jupix does, infact after receipting tenant monies you have to click here there and everywhere going through about 7-8 pages to ensure suppliers, landlords and agency are all paid and bacs is produced for download (and don\'t get me started on their handling of bacs and information with even more layers of convoluted nonsense with \'Payment Groups\' requiring bespoke input details on every property just to be able to see what payments you\'re sending.
The non-linear fashion of processes is also followed for New Tenancies and Renewals with simple things like charges not even updating on renewals or removed when a tenancy ends (yet there\'s a section that tells you about active charges that should be cancelled?!)

We have also experienced frequent bugs, breaks in the system (still not fixed by support such as some PropertyFiles not working, Raising Charges Early not working, Bacs download not correct), page outages (Charges page stopped working one day).

Support are quick to respond, but respond is all they do to tell you things will be fixed (still waiting) or that something basic as above is simply not possible in Alto.

Jupix never let us down, but the pressure to move to Alto has been a kick in the teeth as the system misses basic property management functionality and is a step backward.
Oh and the \'migration\' causes havoc with notes sections as mentioned above and no historic maintenance is carried over either, so time wasted trawling back to find reference to past issues which even if was on the system, without the Jupix Maintenance Section is impossible to hone in on.

VERY disappointed and appalled at ZPG - Alto is all over the place and not recommended.
