Alto

The database is great, a system i have already used for a couple of years however Alto has left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Was only told after I went live that I would have to pay extra for the letters. I don\'t have the accounts module as I use PayProp for that so I wanted Alto for the marketing only to be hit with an extra charge once I had signed up and went live so i\'m disappointed with that. Did nobody explain in the demo they said? I didn\'t have a demo?

Jan however was amazing with the extra training I had.
