We made the decision to move to ALTO in Summer 2020. We have two different software then PropertyPro for Sales and PropCo for lettings. We wanted one package for both and after discussions with other agents and a presentation from ALTO went with them. Unfortunately due to the inadequacies of our previous provider for lettings we ended up doing a manual migration which was tough and very time consuming. We were very well looked after by Rob initially and then Scott and the migration team (including trainers). Its very early days for us but after 10 days we are already wishing we had moved many years earlier. We will continue to invest in training and get the support of the team at ALTO which has been great so far. Highly recommended. No real downsides except for one small annoyance is that their integrated email does not work if you have MFA enabled on your Microsoft account (which is becoming standard these days). Overall highly recommended!
