We took the decision to join Alto at the beginning of 2020 and after signing up found ourselves in the middle of the 1st stage of the Covid pandemic, Scott who was looking after our migration adapted very quickly to the change in our needs and worked with us as we ran sample migrations and assisted in the testing elements to ensure everything was in place before we went live. We then held virtual training sessions with all staff who were also at home at this stage and although this was all new to them they organised this quickly and efficiently. By the time we returned to the office the new system was in place and there was not only any loss of data but it was simple to use and affective for what we required. He then assisted as we launched the property management side which was a bit more technical but with James Dolan\'s training along with the support staff on the phone has also been a success.
