We have been using Alto since 2016 but have only just started to use the Property Management side after running CFP along side Alto. Having used CFP for 20 years I was very comfortable with the software and to move fully to Alto was a big deal as the \"cloud\" still freaks me out. Implementation has all gone well though and both Scott and Grace have been superb and taken their time with us throughout training. Still very new but I am sure we will not look back.
