Happy to pay the fee as I appreciate that viewings were arranged quickly. However I do feel that as I received and accepted an offer within 2 weeks there should be a reasonable discount on the fee agreed.

I found the fees very reasonable! It was good to have an option of either fixed or variable rate. Gives you the impression that Your Move are keen to sell your property not just let it sit on the market.
