It has been almost 6 months since I got the offer on my place. The agent Derek has been really slow in following up the purchase and hence the exchange has not happened yet. Stay away - absolutely waste of time and really bad service at the highest level. All the care about is getting paid, your requirements for a tenant find-only IS NOT a priority - I will not recommend them… bad communication between landlord <-> agency <->... Read Full Review

What a waist of time and efforts. I wish I can turn the clock back and never contact these people again. Nearly three weeks and not even one viewing. He reduced me house price and now I can't ask for the wright price again.He said this would not be the selling price, just a carrot !!!... Read Full Review
