My son is waiting for his deposit to be returned after 6 weeks. They are making lots of excuses. So far 6 phone calls and an email and still...they haven't returned it. Has anyone had a similar experience? They use excuses like...a manager left, can't access their email, oh a joint tenancy, we can't pay it back to you, even though you paid it direct.
