Poor communication, no paperwork, constant chasing for Agreements etc. Tenants moved in before any paperwork was signed. Allowed pet into property despite pre tenancy documentation specifying no pets. WSB said they would check with us that a dog was allowed, didn't check and then said yes to... Read Full Review

Done their job, do paperwork on time, read documents and conditions specified by landlords.
