Worst agent, *. prompt in getting his fees. We took a property for rent through them in harrow. These guys were more than happy to collect their Management Fee each month whilst there was absolutely no managment of the tenent to do but as soon as there was a problem to deal with they ran for cover, left it all to me to deal with and ducked out of their responsibilies when they dropped the...
